  • Is therapy confidential? (諮商內容會被保密嗎?)

    Yes. Your information is confidential except in rare emergencies required by law. Please join sessions from a quiet and private space.

  • Do you prescribe medication? (你會開藥嗎?)

    No. LCSWs cannot prescribe medication. If needed, please consult with your primary care doctor or psychiatrist.

  • Do you provide emergency or crisis services?(是否提供緊急或危機處理?)

    No. If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, please contact 911 or your local crisis line.

  • How long is each session?/每次會談時長多久?

    Sessions are 55 minutes.

    Yes. I provide therapy in both English and Mandarin.

  • Can I request my records? (我可以申請我的醫療紀錄嗎?)

    Yes. All records are protected under HIPAA. No one can access them without your written consent.

    Possibly—only when clinically appropriate and after ongoing treatment (about 6 months).

    Please cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

    Yes—limited availability. Please ask during the consultation.
